Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or using the 388 wim platform at 388wim.win (hereinafter referred to as "388 wim", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 388 wim.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 388 wim platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of 388 wim following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 388 wim, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, cockfighting markets, virtual sports, and any future products added to the platform.

To register for and use a 388 wim account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 388 wim strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18.
• You must be registering as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only — not as a business entity, agent, or representative.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from 388 wim for responsible gaming reasons.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued identification.

388 wim does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online betting and gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of 388 wim complies with local laws applicable to you.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 388 wim at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name (as per CNIC or valid government-issued ID)
• A valid, active email address that you personally control
• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes
• A secure password meeting 388 wim's minimum complexity requirements
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older

You agree to keep all account information current and accurate. You are responsible for promptly updating your 388 wim account details if any information changes, particularly your contact email address and mobile number, as these are used for security verification and withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388 wim login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 388 wim will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel, including WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or live chat.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on your 388 wim account
• Log out of your 388 wim account after every session conducted on a shared or public device
• Notify 388 wim support immediately via WhatsApp or Telegram if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

All activity conducted through your 388 wim account credentials — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and personal information changes — is your responsibility. 388 wim accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that 388 wim's own security systems have not been compromised.

All 388 wim accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any processing fees.

The minimum deposit on 388 wim is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted at 388 wim's discretion. Current deposit limits are displayed in your account deposit section at the time of transaction.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and bank transfers from Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted subject to card issuer approval.

388 wim does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside 388 wim's control and are your responsibility to check before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals from your 388 wim PKR balance may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that have previously been used to deposit into your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.

Standard withdrawal processing times from 388 wim are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Typically processed within 10 minutes
• SadaPay and Raast: Typically processed within 30 minutes
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Bank Alfalah): Up to 24 business hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days subject to card issuer processing

Before processing withdrawals above 50,000 PKR, 388 wim may require completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 3. Pending KYC verification will pause withdrawal processing until documentation is reviewed and approved by the 388 wim compliance team.

388 wim offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 388 wim promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is processed
• Bets placed on restricted games or at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements
• 388 wim reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings where abuse, exploitation, or multi-accounting is detected
• Welcome bonuses are available to new 388 wim players on their first qualifying deposit only

388 wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to an account prior to the announced change.

All bets and gaming activity on 388 wim are subject to the specific rules for each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, cockfighting, and virtual sports each have their own detailed rule sets accessible within the respective product section of the 388 wim platform.

General betting rules applicable across all 388 wim products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 388 wim does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets unless a technical error demonstrably affected the bet's processing.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per event are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by 388 wim at any time.
• Odds at 388 wim are displayed in decimal format as standard. Pakistani players may adjust the display format in account settings.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 388 wim's discretion, particularly following significant in-game events.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed and accepted.

For casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles available on 388 wim, the house rules and RTP figures applicable to each game are provided within the game interface. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 388 wim are certified by independent testing laboratories.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 388 wim and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all open bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of account balances where fraudulent activity is established:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one 388 wim account
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms, including collusion with other players to claim bonuses multiple times
• Arbitrage betting: Using 388 wim in combination with other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with casino games on 388 wim
• Fraudulent payments: Use of stolen, forged, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Match fixing and inside information: Placing bets based on non-public information about sporting events or match outcomes
• Money laundering: Use of 388 wim for the movement, concealment, or disguising of funds derived from illegal activity
• Account sharing: Sharing your 388 wim account credentials with any other person

388 wim cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally in investigations involving prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities including FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) and international financial crime bodies.

388 wim is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented tools and policies to support responsible play.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 388 wim account holders:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps you can set from your account settings
• Session time limits: Automatic session reminders and enforced time-out periods
• Loss limits: Maximum PKR loss thresholds per day, week, or month
• Self-exclusion: Temporary or permanent account suspension at your own request, effective immediately

388 wim will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the requested exclusion period. Re-opening a self-excluded account is subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period and confirmation of the player's intent to resume play responsibly.

All content on the 388 wim platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, written content, odds data, and casino game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 388 wim or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 388 wim platform for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes only. You are not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 388 wim without written authorisation
• Use 388 wim's brand name, logos, or trademarks for any commercial purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any 388 wim software or application
• Create derivative works based on 388 wim platform content or systems

388 wim provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, free from interruption, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388 wim's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their 388 wim account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

388 wim accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers, including payment processors such as Easypaisa and JazzCash
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security as required by Section 4
• Delays in bet settlement or withdrawal processing caused by circumstances outside 388 wim's reasonable control

388 wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Where required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order

Where an account is closed for reasons not related to fraud or policy breach, any verified real-money PKR balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days of account closure confirmation.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity or serious policy breach, 388 wim reserves the right to forfeit all account balances — including both deposited funds and winnings — pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 388 wim's licensing jurisdiction. For operational and customer-facing purposes, these Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version in the event of any dispute.

In the event of a dispute between you and 388 wim regarding any aspect of your account, any bet settlement, or any financial transaction, you should first contact the 388 wim support team via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email at [email protected]. 388 wim will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

388 wim reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — one that significantly affects player rights or obligations — 388 wim will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a notice displayed upon your next 388 wim login.

Minor amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not materially alter the substance of any clause, and updates required by regulatory changes, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any amendment.

Your continued use of the 388 wim platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept amended terms, you must close your 388 wim account and withdraw any remaining PKR balance before the amended terms take effect.
